Accessibility Statement

No file write needed — here's the finished HTML body.

We want every customer to be able to browse, shop and get in touch with us, regardless of ability, device or assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort for us, and we work to identify and remove barriers so that our online store is welcoming and usable for as many people as possible.

Our commitment

We believe that everyone should be able to access and use our website with ease. This statement explains the standard we aim for, the steps we have already taken, and how you can reach us if something on the site does not work as it should.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the internationally recognised standard for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological disabilities, and more usable for everyone in general.

Conformance with an external standard is not a one-off task but a continuous process. As our store evolves — new pages, new products and new features are added over time — we review and improve its accessibility on an ongoing basis, so that it keeps meeting this standard as closely as possible.

Measures we take

To support an accessible shopping experience, we apply the following measures across our online store:

  • Meaningful alternative text for images — product photos and other informative images include descriptive alternative text, so that their content and purpose can be understood by people using screen readers or other assistive technology.
  • Sufficient colour contrast and scalable text — we choose colour combinations with enough contrast between text and background, and we allow text to be resized without loss of content or functionality, to support customers with low vision or reading difficulties.
  • Keyboard operability — our store is designed so that pages, menus and forms can be navigated and operated using a keyboard alone, for customers who do not use a mouse or touchscreen.
  • Clear structure and plain language — we use consistent headings, logical page structure and straightforward wording, so that content is easier to follow for all visitors, including those using screen readers or other assistive technology.

Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. This can happen with content supplied by third parties, or with features that have not yet been reviewed or updated. We are aware that accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are committed to identifying and addressing these limitations as we become aware of them.

Reporting accessibility issues

If you encounter any barriers while using our store, or you need content provided in an accessible format, please let us know. You can contact us at contact@para-casa.com or by phone at +34936039809.

When you contact us, it helps if you can describe the page or feature you were trying to use, the issue you encountered, and the browser, device or assistive technology you were using. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will work to resolve reported issues promptly.
