Refund policy

Overview

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work, how long you have to act, and what happens once we receive your item back.

Return window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed. This is separate from — and in addition to — your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. For full details on that statutory right, please see our Right of Withdrawal terms.

How to return an item

Returning an item is straightforward. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Email contact@para-casa.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Within one business day, we'll send you a return label by email.
  3. Repack the goods securely, ideally in their original packaging, and attach the label to the parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office.

Once your return is on its way, there's nothing more for you to do — we'll take care of the rest and keep you informed by email.

Conditions for return

To be accepted, returned goods must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be complete and returned in its original packaging.
  • Any labels and protective films must remain attached and undamaged.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, for health and safety reasons.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a reduced refund, as permitted by law.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different size, colour or item rather than a refund, we're happy to arrange an exchange instead. Just let us know your preference when you first contact us, and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 2-4 business days. Refunds are issued in EUR, and depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

We accept and refund via the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Return shipping costs

We cover the cost of return shipping — you won't be charged for sending an eligible item back to us.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist you.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
