Terms of service
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Para Casa online store (the "Store", "we", "us") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. They apply in addition to, and should be read alongside, our other store policies, including our Privacy Policy and Right of Withdrawal terms.
2. Contracting party
Para Casa
Carrer de l'Hospital 73
08001 Barcelona, Spain
Email: contact@para-casa.com
Phone: +34936039809
All contracts of sale concluded through the Store are made with Para Casa at the address above. Please use the contact details listed here for any questions, order enquiries, or notices relating to these Terms.
3. Conclusion of contract
The display of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but rather an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart.
Once we receive your order, we will send you an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by email. This acknowledgement does not yet constitute our acceptance of your offer. A binding contract of sale is only formed once we accept your order, which we do either by sending you a separate order confirmation or acceptance email, or by shipping the goods to you — whichever occurs first.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices displayed on our product pages are shown in Euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT and any other price components required by law. Shipping costs are calculated according to your delivery address and the items in your order, and are always shown to you during checkout before you confirm and place your order, so that you can review the full cost of your purchase in advance.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time the contract is concluded, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. The available payment methods are presented to you during checkout and currently include:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Club
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
Depending on the payment method selected, additional terms from the relevant payment provider may apply.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship orders to the following regions: United States, United Kingdom and Spain.
Orders are typically processed and handed over for shipping within 1-2 business days of the contract being concluded (handling time). Once dispatched, delivery generally takes a further 2-4 business days to reach you (delivery time), depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and any specific estimates shown to you at checkout for your order take precedence.
7. Retention of title
The goods you purchase remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
8. Returns, refunds and exchanges
In addition to any statutory right of withdrawal described in our Right of Withdrawal terms, we offer a return window of 30 days from the date of delivery, during which you may request a return.
Where a return is accepted, we bear the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 2-4 business days. As an alternative to a refund, you may instead request an exchange for a different item or variant, subject to availability.
Please refer to our Right of Withdrawal page for the full procedure and conditions that apply to returns, refunds and exchanges.
9. Warranty
All products sold through our Store are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery, in line with your statutory warranty rights as a consumer. This warranty covers defects that were present at the time of delivery and does not affect any other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can access here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged, and are not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Governing law and severability
These Terms, and any contract concluded through the Store, are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you, as a consumer, have your habitual residence.
Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to apply in full.
