Your right to a warranty
Every product sold in our store is covered by a statutory warranty against defects, in line with applicable consumer protection law. If an item you receive turns out to be faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you.
What the statutory warranty covers
If a product is found to be defective, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge. Where repair or replacement is not possible, or cannot reasonably be carried out, you may instead be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or, where the law allows, a full refund.
Manufacturer warranty
Where a product carries an additional manufacturer warranty, it is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase. This manufacturer warranty runs alongside your statutory rights as a consumer — it does not replace or limit them in any way.
How this differs from our returns policy
This warranty relates specifically to products that are faulty or not as described. It is separate from our standard returns policy, which allows you to return an item within 30 days of delivery for reasons unrelated to a defect. If you simply wish to return an unwanted item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy rather than this page.
How to report a fault
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us at contact@para-casa.com as soon as you become aware of the issue. To help us assess and resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the fault
- Photos of the defect, where possible
Once we've reviewed the information you provide, we'll confirm the next steps and how the fault will be remedied.
Remedy and processing
Depending on the nature of the fault, we will offer a repair, a replacement, or, where appropriate, a refund. In some cases, we may offer an exchange as an alternative to a refund. Where a refund is due, it will be processed within 2-4 business days of approval, back to your original payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
